I myself I've asked for help several times on this thread when I got my own but it was ignored.

Have u tried updating, that issue was solved a long time ago with OTA updates, another issue might be ur network provider; seems the network strength around ur area might be bad, so ur phone works hard to get network. Which network do you use and try putting it on 3G to confirm, then get back to us.

I'm also facing similar issues, I check daily for update on it, but android security patch is still stuck from last year October...my phone is hot with game or with data on.. 2g-4g...
when would we that bought our a3pro new receive updates to fix said hotness of our phone?
Please those here should plead on our behalf for them tp release the updates back for newly purchased a3pro or newer updates for last month even..something to fix the hotness, because it's not fun, when I removed the pouch and felt d hotness.... it was really hot, so please @ lexug don jazzy, and the ogas at the mountain..Help us beg oo..

please who can educate me on how this monthly update work. my umidigi I just got last month only received one update upon first usage, and I've been checking for more recent updates because mine security patch is still from last year October.
my phone battery get quite warm during usage (even on 2g use few times), I'm new to this, so a kind suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
I've asked before but no one acknowledged my post.

it's an incredible phone, crisp screen dat feels lyk I'm in it,
Bright, bright screen, battery is ok...but I heard update wud improve it..hence my askn abt d updates.
avnt had any lag at all...download speed on wifi is insane...flash can't touch this.
my sister was evn envying it & gave me her redmi 7 to hold for a few days to show of d a3pro at work.
for nw, my review is not complete cuz I avnt rly tested it fully, but frm wat I can see... I'm convinced abt a3pro

didn't work still.
I changed the name of the access point to AIRTEL, & access point as u said & left d passwrd & username blank, yet d "x" is still showing & I can't browse.
it's my 1st time using this phone..so no vex oo...
& pls how can I register a single finger 3 times on d finger print... tried it only allowed one finger

For AIRTEL signal showing x change ur APN from zain to AIRTEL. Then for Glo 4G u have to have a 4G as well as subscribe to a data plan. Cheers

the airtel didn't still work... for the glo, it's a new 4g sim & I've got card to sub on it

pls who can help me how to browse on a3pro, an "x" sign keeps showing under my airtel signal bar..
& also, my glo displays 3g not 4g...
I've done d 1st update when I powered on my device but it's frm last year October, is the update d cause of d 3g on glo instead of 4g?...bcuz glo band 28 is written on my box & also on d phones band whn I used the code I saw on this forum...
