You need to get glo activate the 4G......

Have you checked bands on the phone? Download engineering mode app and check if band 28 is active......

new.. but, I'll go get the app you suggested lemme see
how would I activate it if it's not activated?
because I was using it before I lost my old glo sim.. new ones are stuck on 3g

is something wrong with glo 4g network?
I can't get 4g now on my a3 pro.... I've gotten 2 different Sims, still no 4g, just on 3g..
any one experiencing this?

Not in the setting. If your phone is updated, the call HD sign will automatically pop up on the screen while making calls.
