Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• To supervise regular data collection through operators and ensure quality of the data by random verification and validations
• To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
• To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data and report to head office
• Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to Data team, HR & Head, Field Force.
• Ensure that retail shop activities adheres to resuming on time (8am prompt), Proper activities going on in shops
• Report any suspicious activities or findings in retail shops to Head Office.
• Participate actively in programme planning process of retail shops (This includes but not limited to verifying shop rents, agent and agreement fees etc)
• Support Field Force team in dealing with any other tasks as may be required
• Provide feedback to Head Office on performance of operators in retail outlets

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of a OND/ or its equivalent in a related discipline
• 1-3years experience
• Team working and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage deadline
• Analytic ability
• Mathematical ability and knowledge
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Use of accounting software and good usage of Microsoft office
• Candidate should reside close to Ajah axis.
