I recently noticed that my belly has grown remarkably and it embarrasses me. Of course I had inflicted it on myself by taking too much starch at nights after work. I've stopped that now. I hardly ever eat after 6pm now. I even exercise regularly but the fat is still there. Is there something I need to do? A specific exercise I do not yet know of?

This is so sad. When would we get it right in our health sector, when?

Most staff members at government hospitals are often not just negligent but downright heartless, indifferent to your pain. I've suffered from them once.

They mock you, insult you, move at a snail's pace and give off this impression that even if you die, you won't be the first to do so there. Heartless! Absolutely heartless!

Wouldn't it be better if you put up her photo here? Anyway, good thing she didn't let people shut her in a hole with a label which I find very offensive. I mean, what right has anyone got to call another the World's ugliest woman. Good thing she rose above the hate and claimed her life for herself; tells us all that no one can define our lives except us. Except us.

I had not known of Eazi till he won the next rated award at the headies. I went afterwards to download a few of his songs and found them unbearable. I try not to listen to Lil Kesh; dude is loud and empty.
