I fought with their customers care for weeks
And i finally got my coupon back

I was forced to accept coupon after the seller decides to cancel my order

I ordered 3 items with the coupon presented
One of the orders was bad AliExpress begin tellme rules for my money again... I no gree for them oo constantly emailing and chatting customers care everyday if i no chat up to 15 customer service na small go remain
I go just open eyes lose $45 for this regime

Just opt for coupon as a refund. AliExpress will frustrate you on this. Had 3 cases that I had to opt for refunds via coupon eventually.

Think it well except you're sure you have a water-tight defence. I had a similar case recently, despite my video and pictures, I had to follow his proposal to resend another one while I pay <$1. I did and I didn't regret it when the replacement landed. Better unit and a tangible freebie added.

Now he just sent me a write up..

Another day to remind you guys to STOP using your bank card on AliExpress, there's a serious technical refund issue with AliExpress. You will lose your money. I have not received my refund, the coupon they gave is not working. AliExpress is shitty right now if you are making payment with CARD.

Not RCS messaging. You can only send RCS messages to numbers already configured or registered on their network which is not the case here.
It is definitely MTN. The messages have started going through. They got the memo and has rectified it.

i have sent message to number i didn't save on my phone wen they called me that they haven't received the message i had to check and resend using sms.. it has happened to me multiple times so i don't make that mistake again...

I have been trying to send SMS to someone yesterday but keep getting message not sent notification.

I sent another SMS with fewer character to another person and it went instantly.

I took notes and splited the message like Twitter posts of those days and it went instantly.

I was still wandering why the message did not go through as a single text. Curious about that, I sent the same message to my second line and got the same message not sent error message.

I was like this is general issue. But within a second, I received the message on my second line. It dawn on that I have been defrauded by MTN. I headed straight to check my balance. My account has depleted from 2k to six hundred plus.

I have sent five SMS page message over 40 time because my message app kept reporting that message was not sent.

i don't think is MTN, if it's google message your are using it might be that is trying to send using data RCS messaging...
then u have to switch it to sms for it to deliver, it has happened to me before..is few frnd i do use the RCS for, to chat and send images using data..
just like iMessage...
