Nuhu Ribadu is a pure joke; another criminal in disguise who was used by PDP and OBJ to intimidate the opposition during the run up to 2007 elections. . . . Ribadu has now declared a criminal like Tinubu a saint just because he will bankroll his presidential campaign. |

olafolarin: All we know is that Tinubu was not convicted of any crime either in Nigeria or U.S. Just re-read the above sentence again and see how silly you sounded!! At your age, you are supporting a corrupt and ex-convict , Tinubu, just because he is your mentor. . . . . It is your type that gives credence to the theory that Nigeria will ever remain a corrupt state where corruption is allowed whenever your own is involved. |

Politics › Kwara State 2011 : Olusola Saraki Endorses Daughter's Gubernatorial Ambition by Metalgong1(op): 9:40pm On Sep 18, 2010 |
By DEMOLA AKINYEMI, Ilorin Dr Olusola Saraki yesterday endorsed the bid of his daughter, Senator Ruqayyat Gbemisola Saraki, to become the governor of Kwara State on the platform of the PDP, but the state leadership of the party differed The publicity secretary of the party, Alhaji Isiaka Danmairomo, in a statement, noted that the party leadership has not endorsed anybody for any elective post as the party guideline is very clear on it. Saraki had earlier addressed a mammoth crowd at his great hall, along Olorunsogo in Ilorin, where he made the endorsement, that they should all register and peacefully cast their votes in ensuring that Gbemisola emerges as the next governor. All senators from the three districts of the state and the six members of the House of Representatives, including all the council chairmen, state legislators, party leaders and party chieftains were conspicuously present. Alhaji Toyin Sanusi, chairman of ALGON, who spoke on behalf of council chairmen in the state, the senators, party leaders and members of the House of Assembly, among others, had asked Saraki to give them his daughter as the next governor, the way they asked for the outgoing Governor Bukola Saraki in 2004. Responding, he explained that he endorsed their call, noting however that the former speaker, Hon Bio Ibrahim, now minister, reportedly obtained gubernatorial form without his consent but that he has the right to enforce his constitutional right to garner little votes he could get. He added that his endorsement of his daughter was borne out of his desire to ensure that the achievements of Governor Bukola Saraki are not only rubbished but consolidated upon because he is proud of him. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2010/09/kwara-2011-saraki-endorses-daughter-pdp-differs/ |

Thats no news!! . . . . Attendants at most Nigeria political rallies are paid, thats a norm. . . . You dont expect a low income earner or a jobless supporter of IBB, who lives in Anambra state and wants to attend IBB's rally in Abuja, to pay for his expenses. |

It is just sheer greediness and selfishness. Most of them won't be able to pay their workers, yet they maintain their lavish life styles with the company's revenues.

I think this question should be specifically directed at men because we all know that most women marry men that are older than them.
So if I'm to answer the question, I would say yes. Infact, I have only dated gals that are either my age mate or older than me. |

mykysmiles: i hve read all the comments on this topic and seriously u guys r goin real far with insults and disrespect. Most ppl find it easy to go online and say wht they knew they cnt say to the person face to face. everyone hve their own diff views on the topic and everyone will approach the topic based on their own experience. most of the guys here that responded to these comments made he females here have only proved that 9ja men still think women can only be used and discarded,no repect at all. i'm really impressed with eziuche for standin up to these fools that call themselves men. If u r MAN will not b here exchanging words wit a female, wht does that make you u supposed to b the one that has the strength and tolerance to distance urselves from converstations like this b4 it goes too far. only one female standing up to a bunch of fools here that call themselves MEN,what a shame!! I see most 9ja men still hve that caveman mentality, even coming to US hve not even changed most of them, like they say, someone from the gutter, will always remain in the gutter!. I hve been living in the states for yrs and i married a black pretty 9ja girl from back home and she is here wit me,she is not at all like the girls u guys described here. Mayb u guys hve been hurt by 9ja women b4,i don't know, but if u have, mayb u shud look back and figure where u played the fool and let that happen to you. oh well, sumone just showed me these post and i decided to comment on it,i was surprised that 9ja men here on this post r not really men, mayb transgender men or sumthin cos this not how men act in the 21st century! A typical ranting of those old and senile Nigerian men who imported their wives from Nigeria in order to see themselves as overlords. . . . What prevented you from marrying a Nigerian girl or any girl living in your vicinity. Also why can't you name the person that showed you this post. Don't bother yourself with that, we all know it is that depreciated commodity you imported from Nigeria as a wife. . . . Foolish man!! Your first post on this forum was to patch your leakage. |

TewMuch: and if PDP dont respond what will Northern Elders do? They have to remember that they cant wage a war against the rest of the country. Casualties will be crazy on both sides. Nigeria of today is now more integrated than before. If they threaten violence, their brother's in other parts of the country will die like chickens. SO, bring on the two weeks, their time of issuing nonsense threats have passed. This is a new generation, all that is needed is a credible leader and these elders dont have it. Two weeks will come and all we will hear is, *crickets* Empty barrels. This one you are talking about war, I hope that the participants would only be the North, Nigerdelta and SouthWest . |

Tosinville: Eziuche,
Besides, why are you taking things too personal? Everyone has his/her preferance about his marriage and thats the way he chooses to be with his kehinde so don't let things like this bug u to the extent that you'll start passing insults to everyone's mothers/sisters here, thats immaturity. Check out most of your previous posts on this thread to see that you sounds like one of the girls in nigeria every 9ja men would love to avoid living with them in the states but lucky you, u have being exported to hawaii through blind dating without his family not examine your cocky attitudes. Pls try to get your mind right girl and i'm so sure you still don't have a job yet? If it happens you get good one thats when u will begin to reveal your true color to your man for him to start regretting the biggest mistakes of his life. Her husband will soon see her true color when she starts working and stays atleast one year in America. . . . She had always hoped to marry an American husband, and thats why she started early to advertise herself on the internet right from her university days. Thats one of the reasons she graduated with a pass. I only wish her goodluck in her new marriage, and hope she wont disappoint her unsuspecting American husband. |

darqly: What will the northern elders do when pdp fails to restrain GEJ? Look at the calibre of those that represent the north even. For pdp,the end is nigh, never much cared for the evil party anyway. If I may ask: What calibre of leaders do southerners have in PDP? . . Are they not GEJ, OBJ, ED Clark, Andy Uba, Arthur Nzeribe, Tony Anenih. They are all as bad as the Northern leaders. |

I read the full transcript of the letter, and I think they stated the obvious. . . . Thats the beauty of democracy. It is now left to Nwodo and his NEC members to decide whether they would enforce the PDP's zoning agreement which is enshrined in their constitution or to jettison it becasue of one man's ambition. |
