I think u can use any of the two...
But for the UTME result it is advisable u use the original one carrying ur institution name, course and faculty.

I was offered admission in the 2017/2018 academic session, but had to defer, because of finance. I am done with 100 level by His grace, and in 200level with those offered admission in the 2018/2019 academic session.
Now, instead of my graduation year to be 2022/2023, it is 2023/2024 and my docs has 2017/2018 on them. Please, do I stand any chance? if yes, guidelines please!
