Sorry about this Boss. The lord is still your strength nevertheless If I may ask, what's the name of your school.. Pastorjohn2: My part 1 MB results are out. I'm to resit anatomy and physiology, I can't believe my eyes truly. More than 50% of my department failed physiology. A Huge and Massive Congratulations Sir. Medically happy for you Doc. Thanks for your words of encouragement in this thread, and for your diary that has always been a life trigger/power for we that our passion is almost quench. I immensely say thank you in person for the magnificent diary. Pls Sir, I want to use this medium to beg you not to close down the diary cause hopefully I personally will be using it to charge up myself when I get to Medical school. And lastly Dr. TONYE, do update us on your housemanship journey Sir. So we can know more about the Medical field. Pardon me Sir. I'm too small to say you a prayer.. but nonetheless, may the Almighty God bless and strengthen you in this new phase of your life. Once again, Hearty and Healthy Congratulations to the newest and latest Medical Doctor in town.(Dr. A.l. TONYE). TONYE001: Hi Medics,
It's been a very long walk for me. I recall when I first found this thread, it was when I was looking for admission into medschool. I once wrote then that I'd be back here one day to share my testimony. Today is that day. As of yesterday, I qualified as a medical doctor.
The past seven years have really been interesting. I was supposed to finish medschool in 5 years as I was a DE student. But Nigeria happened to me, I got two more years even though I did not repeat any class. But here I am today celebrating success.
I thank you all for all you do here. I thank the creator of this thread (Chief Lagusta). I thank the posters. I thank those that ensured this page didn't die. This thread helped me, it helped many before me, and it will help many after me. I've just concluded my medschool diary, if interested, you may want to read through it.
For all those still in the training, and for those still trying to get in, I wish you all success. It's possible, just continue trying.
Best wishes, friends. Have a great evening.
Dr. Tonye001. |

Even without merging sef.. Their cut-off marks (UI, OAU, Unilag) has always been high, So juggling two academic session together is never the cause of the high cut-off.. And beside, UI has never for once merge.. only OAU and Unilag does. NL1960: He wants a SW university and iam sure it is Unilag that he wants. Unilag, UI and OAU are notorious for merging sessions which is what is responsible for their high cut-off marks. |

Many thanks Boss. Really appreciate your detailed response to my question God bless you. SF123: Get a profile code by sending your NIN number to 55019 or 66019 example (NIN 1234567891011) to any of the aforementioned five (5) digits numbers i*e 55019 or 66019 respectively
The cost of UTME registration for those candidate that opted for mock is #6,700 and those who did not indicate for UTME mock is #5,700. Prior to that, if you registered last year; you can still use the same profile code but you have to fullfill all rightousness by sending you NIN TO 55019 or 66019 so that your name will be tailored to jamb which signifies that you will be writting UTME 2023. Then after that, you proceed to any jamb cbt accredited centre to complete your registration. |

Then send it to 55019. After getting your profile code, you can then get your UTME PIN UTME PIN is #6000 or thereabouts After getting the Pin, you will visit an accredited CBT center or Jamb Office for your registration. Some charges might be collected from you there. |

Hey Boss. Can you pls run me through the UTME registration process. Like, The procedure to follow in getting the profile code.. The total cost of registration amount. Thanks in Anticipation. SF123: Yes boss, i have registered. Pertaining to my reading schedule i normally go to the public library in my locality, i have a timetable which i drafted out each subject per day although i started early in my preparation. I will read a particular topic, make sure i covered the topic in my main textbook then after that i will use my lamlard and explicit series to study that particular topic specifically. I have a mindset of underlining every salient points i encountered, i have a jotter on my side where i jotted each unknown points down. After studying through out the day i will revise/memorise/recite what i studied to know actually if it sticts without looking at the textbook. On visiting the library the following day, i had to revise what i studied on the previous day before diving into another subject and topic respectively (my study time is 7-9 hours daily) not yet on past question |

mujibson: Thanks Hannania for always being there anytime you're called upon.
To my doubt, does this imply that O-level grades don't matter for UG award as the basis of your analysis is purely CGPA and State of origin? First off, I've been following the PTDF PG thread for a while now, and I've observed O-level grades have a lot more bearing on the final selection than the class of degree itself. Second, for the previous email, I have two Oyo State students in my class; one had a 4.93 CGPA and didn't receive it, while the other had a 3.97 CGPA. Don't you think O-level is also important? And again sef.. Maybe JAMB score inclusive Who knows? Getting awarded for the scholarship alone is grace ahswr. They say oil and gas mainly related But I saw a guy that got it with Microbiology And to our Big Boss here Hannania... I modestly say thank you Sir for the guideline and directives you have been rendering here. |
