Hello everyone

Am a graduate of quantity surveying with about 4 years working experience in consultancy/construction.I do desire to further my education in project management from any recognized university in Canada and i really would need your assistance and knowledge to these questions below.

1.will a GPA of 2.70 be okay to pursue a masters degree in project management from a recognized school in Canada.
2.Does anyone know any school offering the project management degree at masters degree level,please furnish me with their names.
3.Do u really think its advisable for me to quit my job in search of a foreign master degree.Am 31 years old now.

am an experience quantity surveyor in the construction industry and am willing to share some information regarding your questions above for the purpose of enlightening my people out there.

1.the quantity of wood usage would definitely by higher should u decide to use the roof tile as against using a long span aluminium sheet due to the fact the purlins centre to centre is definitely reduce from possible 900-1200 to a lesser centre to centre point of about 300-500 in order to fit the roof tiles because they are smaller in sizes than the long span aluminium.In most cases batten is usually used instead.

2.the roof tiles should be slightly higher that the long span aluminum because it takes more time to fix.

3.boths should be about the same since they are manufactured from the same materials.

4.i honestly know u would be needing some form of polythene material to prevent easy leaks cos most roof tiles tends to leak if not properly installed.long span aluminium tends to be better off,am not saying that long span cant leak but the degree is lesser in the case.

5.you should be looking at about 277-290metre square area of coverage,i got that from my rough calculation.

6.other items like your roof capping,valley and wood cassing items can only be measured from your drawing plan.

1.its not possible for anyone to give u a quote without knowing the area of the wall to be plastered on seeing any drawing to aid their quote.

2.any quote given to u without the above mentioned information will be definately wrong and deceptive to u,so beware.

3.u definately have to pay to get the required information cos i really dont thing anyone here would wanna give u a quote for something he is not gonna be working on,so  since u wanna get this contract from the client,i suggest u spend money to get an accurate quote or esle u are just deceiving urself.

4.calculating ur required quote and material schedules to determine the quantity of cement,sand and time takes alot of time and i dont think anyone here will be willing to work for about a whole day or more and let out the work to u without any compensation.

These are my true opinion and goodluck to u in ur quest.

for the record i am mobile and am not a sadist as u put it but i was only trying to state it here most single girls are the cause to there problems or remaining single.how would u ask a guy who is intending to take u out on a date if he is mobile b4 u decide whether u go out or not,knowing fully well that she aint got a car tire to her name.so why all the fake hype of oneself.i only told her that i aint mobile just to test her and she started to act funny towards me ever since,pls not we have been talking on phone for almost a month back then.

we got alot of reasons why educated females marry late or dont even marry at all,such as our educational system (for those in naija) they spend too much time in school and pusuit of careers after school while for those abroad is too much western civilisation cus marriage are not respected and regarded in the western world (alot of divorce cases,lesbianism,gay) which in turns does not encourage anyone to get into cus they feel they its not for them.

secondly,not enough well paying jobs for the guys who are gonna marry this ladies cos they would wanna treat them like queens so we guys tend to shy away especially if she is a sophisticated/big girl.even if u do like her alot,u tend to have cold feet when it come to marriage cos she might  have either dated richer guys in the past and wont want to lower their standard and thereby making the guy to get cold feet from asking  her out(some would want to say he is not man enough but i disagree on that  cos money gives u some kind of self confidence)

thirdly,some ladies/ guys are just not serious to themselves.the girls want a prince charming with everything,why cant u make him a prince charming and get real with reality while the guy are just plain stupid cos they think they have all the time in the world to play around,so they become players.

fouthly,i honestly feel both gurls/guys should be real to themselves and stop attaching so much to material stuffs,beauty and look for the inner beauty and me happy(not saying make u go marry monkey )
