Sorry about that. I think something is happening in one of the parallel groups. May be one or few cells are bad drawing the group's voltage down to BMS cut off voltage. If you are technically inclined you can dismantle the battery pack and rest the individual groups then check all cells in the defective group.

If could be a case of disconnections of some cells from the group or some cells are just bad.

This is one of the challenges with using cylindrical cells and also not using new cells that are identical in all measures.
