Job Description: work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and speedy reimbursement o f travel expenditures to department personnel and prompt payment to all related service providers. Research issues bordering on international travel including service providers, routes and Statutory regulations, to determine the most effective and cost efficient means of transportation per time. Arrange and book local or international flights for MTN staff ,visitors and consultants and their families (if need be), ensuring good value for money , timely delivery of tickets and seamless protocol service.
