As for the transcripts, I confirmed from lots of Uniben lecturers and PG students that its not needed till u get admission. So no need of sending ur transcripts now. Wait till ur names are out.

Transcripts are meant to be submitted when a school has offered you admission.
I can tell you that there are still some persons who got admitted last session but are yet to submit their transcripts.
I still have a pal who submitted his transcript last session before admission, when it was time for acceptance/screening, they didn't know where they kept his transcript. He had to request for another from his school and submitted by hand.

The portal was updated.
It shows on everyone's slip but not everyone is writing an entrance examination.
Refer back to the prospectus.
