Change it but collect the old one. Get an external HDD casing and put it inside. Connect it to your laptop and see if it will work. If it doesn't,go to YouTube, type how to repair crash HDD, there's a way to make it work again.

D3dx9.dll is a component of direct X. It means you need to install or update your direct X before pes 17 will work. All he needed to do was install direct X,but he was doing oversabi

Good morning guys ...I need help with my dell latitude E6400...

Yesterday My cousin installed pes2017 on it, after installation, he tried to run the programming but it displayed d3dx9.DLL(not too sure if it was what it displayed).. In the process of him rebooting the laptop to know if it will work...the laptop fell down and started hanging...so he shut down the laptop by long pressing the power button...and he tried turning it on again but After it displays "strike F1 to continue", after pressing F1 the laptop will just stay like that without continuing....



Please I need help, cause I need to use this laptop...

Why would you install pes 2017 on a dell latitude E6400, the laptop specifications is too low to handle such heavy software, that is why your system got corrupted, because the software is heavy for the system, the graphics is probably integrated and does not meet the minimum requirements. the windows Os has been corrupted with the forced installation, you need to reinstall a fresh windows. F1 will take you into the Bios menu, press the F12 button to boot into another windows you want to reload, after you might have inserted the necessary usb flash drive or cd rom

Modification: I think I understand you now. You meant Instagram has banned/black listed your IP address. Furthermore, my bet is that you're seeking root for this very problem.

Once rooted, you can use thirdparty app to fix that.
