Does anybody have an idea of how much a plot of land in baiyeku, igbogbo, Ikorudu will cost?

Please can someone tell me how much it will cost to fence a plot of land in Mowe, Ofada. I have a plot of land in Palms Garden in Mowe which I would like to fence with a gate.

Does anybody please have an idea of how much it will cost to fence a plot of land? Is it possible to also build a 3 bedroom bungalow and a 2 bedroom bungalow on 1 plot of land?
