you should be in the first list-merit

not recommended
this means you didnt meet the cut-off marks, it does not mean you cant enter the second list, just make your contacts counts

Mine was upgraded from 37.92 to 52.92 MIT Remark Not set. Exactly the same with a friend of mine as well...

what took him so long to have made this decision? i think he waited too long to have decided his fate in this election. he made the right decision at the wrong time. anyway, i wish him the best.
