I started using AIRTEL CUG since last year which as never develop any issue or complaint but last month 29 I did #500 CUG plan on each and we make use of it for just 4-5days, after those days there response was 'MY ACCOUNT IS TOO LOW FOR THIS CALL' whenever we call each other, whereas we still have an active sub on it. I've called AIRTEL customer care for like countless times but they kept on saying they will rectify in d next 18hrs and I'm done tired. Pls can anyone be of help on what to do. Thanks guys |
