which year did you finish from laspotech and is it full time or part time annex

I finished my ND in laspotech ijesha annex in 2014 and I was given statement of Results 2 years later and despite me paying all the fees to get my certificate and transcript till date they are still saying its not ready! What will I do now ? Am stuck because I am processing a school outside Nigeria and they are demanding for the transcript ! I need your advice
