Use 120-130k to find a decent Ps4 for games, try to make up to 150k for any Dell Laptop with up to 2gb dedicated Graphics for your Adobe stuff.

Try Dell E6430 and above, mine had 1gb deidcated Nvidia Graphics card and 12gb ram, worked well with Adobe Photoshop

i agree with this guy. I feel that it's wiser to start something here, build it, allow it to grow strong, secure it well, then make plans to japa, while you japa, your business here should be able to run strong, then support it from there. If or when things go south, get back home without fear
