First of just stop with the hating yourself thing, just go like oh well it happened again, next time you feel the urge just remember you just did not quite long, and tell yourself to consciously wait for a day or 2, keep doing so and you'll find yourself making progress then you can try a week and so on, just stop hating yourself and think about how to improve

Emmmmmm at a time I used to be so engrossed in it, I'd download porn over 1gb only to delete it after fapping and when I feel like it again same thing hehehehehehe waste of data, well I still didn't lose interest in the opposite sex and so many of the other things associated, but today I can go a week or 2 without it and if i feel stressed I just fap to relax, those people that masturbate like 5 times a day I just wonder how u guys cope sha, I wouldn't really say I'm addicted much to it and instead of downloading porn I just watch some short clips on twitter and save data, well since Tuesday I haven't masturbated but I'd see my girlfriend today and another tomorrow and we probably might you know does that count?

I was wondering, how does the society and the work sector view graduates from open universities? Is it a place you'd advise someone to go? Although I like the fact that they've got lots of free time on their hands could be very helpful for those with jobs or handwork.
