It's meant for candidates that are already in Any higher institution But without JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER.

It cost 10k [online official payment]
After processing, Jamb will issued fresh registration number 2 u which you can now use to register for ya DE or NYSC.

What school will be the best for me to choose for the direct entry to study computer science? I came out with an upper credit in computer science in my ND program... I need it reply quickly cuz I'm getting the form tomorrow.

U should have applied for Regularization stuff b4 now. Wait till u sort out d issue of regularization.

Please guys I don't really understand what is meant by regularization.

Your two year IT does not matter. Proof of IT is only a prerequisite for HND admissions. With your CGPA (is your school on a 4.00 or 5.00 scale?) you can apply for Computer Science if your result is under a 4.00 scale i.e. Upper Credit. But crossing to an engineering department is a no go. I'll advice you obtain a UTME form if you really want Petroleum Engineering.

Please guys i need help with my direct entry application. I'm applying for de this year but i had problems in my Nd 2 first semester cuz i rewrote an exam and i had to go for 2 years IT which I'm on the second year. I hv rectified the problems and my statement of result will be ready in 2 months time but i hv seen my score for the exam i rewrote and calculated my cgpa which i got 3.05. I am confused on what to do... I am a computer science student and i want to study petroleum engineering in the university. Please guys advise me on what step to take. Can i also apply with the fact that I'm awaiting my result?
