We're on the road to a consumer revolution, and ensuring our customers can get the right answers online is essential to our business. In this role, you'll work as part of the Online Content and Knowledge Team, writing great content that guides our customers to quickly and easily evaluate a particular product or services.
Job Description
How will I add value in this role?
• You'll also assist our other Online Content Writers in creating content for the categories that they own.
• You'll understand and evangelise different products and services
• 15 products or services content reviews weekly (800 words each)
• Using your excellent copywriting skills, you'll be able to write concise, compelling copy suitable for use in our articles and online help videos - adapting your tone to the audience you're addressing
• Avoid word spinning of exiting articles, plagiarism and maintain 100% originality on each written content
Must have
• Online copywriting skill
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Computer and internet access

Be great to have
• A good, relevant degree or currently an undergraduate student - perhaps in English (so you know how to write) or Psychology (so you know how our customers might think!)
• Experience of writing for online video
• PR and Marketing experience
