its a long story but please I need help
my problem started years ago when I left high school(2014). I actually went to a boarding school ( boys alone), during my final months in school an infection affected some of my friends in their penis and scrotum like a medium itchy growth all around the penis and it spread to some more students. I didn't have the infection until I left the school and it is to note that I was still a virgin when I got the infection. we shared same toilet, bathing soap etc then. few weeks after I left high school mine started and I used fumbact A on it and it left, it appeared again months later and I went to a nurse who administered intra veinous antibiotics to me, it left and came again some months later so I went to a chemist who gave me bitcham ampiclox and another drug I can't remember the name. that was when my problem started.
when I started the dosage of the drug I started feeling light headed and tired, but I continued with the dosage and even after months of completing that dosage I wasn't back to my real self. the infection came back months again so I went to my school clinic and met a doctor who gave me another bicham ampiclox and the infection left and haven't come back now for a year plus, but now I'm left with lots of symptoms in my body such as blurry vision and light headedness( I went for eyes test and they said my eyes is normal) twitching of my eyelids, the left first then later on the second started (tho now it has stopped), increasing body temperature, smtimes pepperish feeling in the eyes, sweating alot, always feeling tired and dizzy but I won't sleep when I'm on the bed.
so two weeks ago I went to the hospital and explained to the doctor and he prescribed tab zapazole 20mg once daily, tab amitryptyline 25mg once a day and cap astyfer twice a day.
he asked me to carry out the following tests
stool m/c/s, full blood count, pack cell volume, malaria and typhoid test, faecal occult blood and urine analysis.
my full blood test was normal. no malaria and typhoid, no growth on my stool buh blood was noticed without mucus, the fob test showed positive. so he told me.I had ulcer and prescribed ulgicid for me. I'm on the ulgicid now 3 days gone remaining 3 days I don't feel the increased temperature and the pepperish eyes is a lot reduced but I still feel tired, dizzy, light headedness, sweating alot, blurry vision( I can see far and near object but It is not very sharp) I'm just 22yrs old. pls some one should help me figure this out.

Good day fellow nairalanders. Today i recieved a call from my dad reffering me to the accredition issue he saw online. Im from COOU fromally known as Anambra State University and im studying microbiology which is among the courses that did not pass the test. Im in year 1 going to year 2 by october, this information have left me very confused and down and i really don't know what to do. Should i continue with the course with the hope that it will be accredited two years from now or should i drop school and take jamb again next year. Im really confused any advice will be appreciated.
