please, how do i outbound effectively. i am tired of not getting anything

Please help me o, I don't know what I am not doing right. Been sending mails and no one is forthcoming. Thats how 10domains expired in my hands. Now started with 2 domains last year November. Nothing yet. Any trick to this stuff pls help
