That right there is your problem. How many of humanity's problems have been solved through spiritualists or occult or marine world? Answer: none. They are always solved by people PHYSICALLY studying the problems and PATIENTLY experimenting till they solve it. Your personal problems are no different. Stop believing in such things. Your problems boil down to money. Sit down and determine what risks, sacrifices, discipline, work you'd have to apply PHYSICALLY to make that money. Decide if u r willing to do it or not. Stop believing occult, spiritualists or such will bring u money

There are certain circumstances that are beyond our comprehension and control as humans, we can only keep trying. Not even science has answers to all the happenings around us, reason they keep making new discoveries.

You are wrong if you think I need sympathy, because all the sympathy in the world would not change my predicament. The opinion I seek is not if I should or if I shouldn't, but of how I should. 'Spiritualists' aren't going to help your case. That's just wishful thinking that won't help you any more than Christianity did. You seek for a quick easy solution to what probably is a multifaceted problem. Get to the roots of your problem and build yourself up from that. Aim for small goals daily, weekly , monthly and try to achieve them, ask for help and support, confide in someone you trust, and hope for the best.

You are right that I need to get to the root of the problem, but the situation is complex. It's not like I've been a sitting duck all these while. I've been making efforts which always turns out to be wasted. I've reached out to almost everyone I know. I've done things that ordinarily would work out for everyone else, but when it's my turn it just shuts down

I know what you are facing coz I wear same shoes. I left school since 2006 and it's been same rough road too. My wife doesn't respect me anymore coz of my predicaments. I'm in the straight not knowing how to face tomorrow as I text you now. Indebted like hell, traveled but repatraited but I'm still hanging on and never giving up.

It would have been easier for me to hang on if there wasn't a baby a cater for. She has to feed, cloth and go to school. And mehn this girl is special because she can't even drink sachet or boiled water, it has to be a particular brand of bottled water else she would fall sick, neither does she eat our Nigerian staple food of rice, beans and eba. This means in a week her expenses alone gulps like 10k, so I have to keep begging friends and family for money. For how long will that continue. She's the only reason I haven't jumped into the Lagoon yet, because if I die she would suffer more. For the past 2 days she hasn't been to school because she's ill from taking sachet water

At this point I'm desperate. I can go any length

I think I wouldn't mind trying a strong muslim Alfa. I've heard stories of how some of them are so spiritually enlightened. Anyone knows a strong Alfa around Lagos?

My brother, it is well. I know it seems the night will last forever, but the day cometh. That same Christianity that you "tried" is what I will still refer you to, but through another dimension.

What people don't know is you cannot enjoy the real Christianity if your needs are more important than your personal relationship with God, no matter how pressing they are. Matthew 6: 33 asks us to seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness, and ALL these things (is it car, money, job, wife?) will be added unto you.

I will recommend joining a correct church and fellowship with Spirit-filled brethren. I will recommend going back to God. Jesus is the only way (John 14:6).

If you are desperate enough to use any other spiritual means, you are cutting your life short.

Looking at the lives of so many christians around, they still go through the same struggles I'm facing, some are even worse. That doesn't encourage me to want to take that path anymore

However, after some serious thinking I still want to go ahead with my plan of seeing a strong spiritualist. I don't mind joining an occult as long as I won't have to kill somebody. I don't care where the wealth is going to come from, even if it's from the Marine world. I'm tired of living this life of poverty and rejection. Family members are already getting fed up with me. Anyone who knows where I can find a solution should please help a brother out

I really appreciate your kind gesture in trying to reach out to me, but I think I already made up my mind on what I want. I can no longer be patient enough to "wait for God's time" like the religious folks would say. I'm willing to take the highway with whatever consequence that comes with it

I've been a registered member of nairaland since 2013, but this is a new account.

I'm here to seek help to my life's problems, not financial but spiritual help. I'm not good at telling stories so I will just tell it anyhow.

My life has been a mess for as long as I can remember, but I've been trying to cope none the less. At the moment I don't think I can hang on anymore. I need a solution before I decide to end my life.

Nothing look to be working in my life right now. Since after graduation in 2012 I have been unable to get a job. In fact I've stopped applying for jobs because I don't even get called up interviews. I've tried different kinds of hustle yet no head way. Anyone I ask for help always wants to help at first, then all of a sudden they stop taking my calls. My landlord has sent me packing because I couldn't meet up with my rent. As it stands now I don't even have a home. I've been staying from one family member's place to another. Rather than things to get better it keeps getting worse. I'm tired of being broke and depressed.

Please I need someone to recommend for me a good spiritualist who can help me for things to start working for me. I live in Lagos currently.

NB: I don't need anyone to come preach Christianity to me because I don't believe in that anymore. I tried that path with no result.
