Fucker obviously not, we have our pride too you know. Its improper for any lady to kneel down just to apologise, besides, if she said smth offensive intentionally why would she apologise? And they could just talk it out after that or smth. Kneeling down is a man's job pleaz~ I mean, seriously? A lady kneeling down just to apologise? That's so dramatic wtf.
