For them to have Jamb admission letter their institutions have to provide them Jamb no through Jamb & students need to use the Jamb no to regularise their admission. If you were offered admission in your institution through Jamb you dont need to do this, if you already have your Jamb admission letter, you dont need this too.
However, to be double sure you can verify your admission status from Jamb website using your Jamb no.
