They must firstly create value for themselves. Thereafter, they must create values for other people too. This drives success profoundly.

Success starts with self-mastery of discipline, clarity, skills, health, character, etc.
If individual Nigerians can't create value in their own lives, I mean, manage time, keep promises and solve their own problems, they can't do it for anyone else.

No one pays, promotes, follows, or remembers you for what you want. They do it for what you give.
A business gives solutions. A leader gives stability. An artist gives meaning.

True success, entails solving a real problem for real people.

They must trust and believe in themselves. When the believe is there, there won't be any form of discouragement or inferiority complex. Then, in the absence of discouragement or inferiority complex, they would be proactive and intentional about what they set out to achieve.

Having motivation, discipline, character or purpose, still drives success too.

Made a trial of 8 draws today, buhh got 4 right, 4/8. For a starter, it seems I tried a little.

When the season starts properly, I'm likely to give the draw forecasts multiple shots.
