iluvdonjazzy:Blessing Fubara is not SIM Fubara's brother. They are not related. Forget about the online misinformation. It's just a coincidence that they share similar name |
@Bigpicture001 Blessing Fubara is not related to SIM Fubara. Fubara is a common name in Opobo,Bonny and many riverine communities in Rivers state |
Blessing Fubara and Sim Fubara are not related. Fubara is a common name in Opobo , Bonny island and some other places in Rivers state. However, Blessing Fubara can win if backed by SIM and supported by the riverine areas of Rivers state. |
Tremendous display by Man City. Blue moon is rising |
Blatant falsehood. When was air fare from Abuja to London charged at 13000 dollars? Meanwhile, go to Air peace site, check out the airfare from Abuja to Owerri for 27th December, 2025 and compare it with Ibom air's price from Abuja to Uyo for 27th December,2025. Onyema need to consider domestic customers especially during the forthcoming yuletide. Btw: I love Air peace . It's our own but we should enjoy it price wise |
Imo state deserve more than the paltry sum allocated to it. When one realises the enormous oil and gas sitting beneath Imo soul, you will agree with me that the state deserve more. Meanwhile, Imo state government is not doing enough for oil bearing communities. |
Why this misinformation in a public forum? Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe was a proud Onitsha son from the Inosi Onira clan. Both parents held from Onitsha. Infact, Dr Azikiwe was made the Owelle of Onicha Ado n'Idu.This title made him the traditional prime minister of Onitsha. A non indigene can't attain to that height. Again, the current governor of Rivers state hails from Opobo And so speaks Igbo as his mother tongue. Ijaw ( Izon ) language is mainly spoken in parts of Bayelsa and Delta. Thank you for your attention to this matter |
Coscharis or Elumelu |
Chelle should release the list on time. We need more midfielders in the list . Maduka Okoye should be in the list |
Erling is doing the Lord's work. Have scored a brace so far in the game |
Man City will surely win this match. We are Cityzens for a reason |
South west ( Yoruba ) is not synonymous with south. There's is no southern unity in this country |
It will be a goal feast for Nigeria today. We will be at the 2026 Mundial |
[quote author=Putindbutt post=136863415]Una don start your nonsense again. When do ijaws & opobo become ibo?. Same Fubara that identifies with his ijaw identity. This was how una dey carry Ameachi matter for head untill he clear una and you started crying ontop him. Una no dey tire. Ijaws do not speak Igbo as their mother tongue. They speak Izon.I never said that Ijaws are Igbo. I'm only referring to Opobo people who speak Igbo as their native language as at today. Please don't misquote me.Ijaws do not speak Igbo and so can never be Igbo. |
You said Sowore is fighting for his Ijaw brother, Fubara. That is not the case.Fubara as an Opobo man speaks Ubani dialect of Igbo language. Besides, Sowore is responding to Wike's subtle jibe during his recent press briefing where the F.C.T minister spoke about the audacity of Sowore to describe a sitting President as a "criminal". It has nothing to do with Ijaw affinity. |
Congratulations to Haaland for the milestone. As a City fan, I am very proud of you |
The super Eagles will win the forthcoming games against S.A and Rwanda. They will eventually qualify for the world cup. You can take this to the bank |
[quote author=Kemetian post=136593877]If you have any city in mind, or even your village, drop the name. I'll tell AI to show its picture in 100 years time. Limited time offer! ; Picture of Mbieri, Imo state in the next 100 years |
[quote author=Otamendi99 post=136402835]I'm sure u don't live in owerri or know dat area too well to know dia is a school called Holy ghost College. It has existed wayback before dat place started bearing Control. I'm sure the school was even founded before the one in Enugu. Dat if is a school. How can you be sure I don't live in Owerri when you don't know me in person? Yes , I know Holy Ghost college. The site of the new terminal is around Arugo park ( along Owerri Onitsha road). Naming it Holy Ghost terminal is wrong.Arugo Terminal is better. But the main thing is that building the terminal is a welcome development. |
[quote author=ufotunang post=136606604]Yes this is the authentic Ohanaeze Ndigbo..every south east citizens have the constitutional rights to contest . Every Igbo can contest. Not just south Easterners. Igbos of south south extraction can also contest if the person chooses to do so. Ohaneze membership is beyond the south east |
Fake news. Isiguzoro is not a member of Ohaneze. |
Tinubu government should realize that the first duty of any government is protection of lives and properties. |
Ancient Igbos built a pyramid at Nsude( in present day Enugu state). Google Nsude pyramid. Yes, there is something mysterious about pyramids begging to be unraveled. Africans need to study the ways of our forbears |
I thought with the CNG buses, prices will be reduced. The shuttle buses are charging almost the same prices. The govt should slash the prices, since the buses are not using P.M.S. Meanwhile, Kudos to the Enugu govt for revolutionising the transport sector in the state |
Why are you people so obsessed with Peter Obi like this? Is it Obi that is responsible for the rampant insecurity across the country? Is it Obi that is responsible for the poor state of the economy? I think people should expend their frustrations on those in charge of the government of the day. |
It's commendable that Imo govt wants to build a bus terminal in Owerri. But why name it Holy Ghost bus terminal.Look at the inscription on the construction sign post.Holy Ghost bus terminal already exists in Enugu because the area where it is situated is known as Holy Ghost area.I wonder why we should copy the name |
I thought Soludo said Sabmiller is worth next to nothing. This vindicates Obi |
[quote author=danvon post=136030060]It has already happened before and it failed against Buhari. That was when PDP was still worth something. @danvon That the ticket failed before doesn't mean it will fail again. The dynamics have changed. Majority of the citizenry are not comfortable with the way Tinubu's government is steering the ship of state and will vote massively for a viable alternative. Besides, Atiku/Obi ticket will guarantee bloc votes in the north, south south and South East while Obi/El rufai or any other candidate will guarantee south East, South South and north central. It may not make inroads into the far north.Though I stand to be corrected |
[quote author=thesolutions post=136030039]Never happening. Atiku and Obi are never going to work together for anything politics. Atiku refused zoning the presidency to the south in the last election. That is why Peter obi ran against him in Labour party. Peter obi is promising one tenure because he knows he can not be vice to atiku after sabotaging him in the last election in bid to return power to the south after 8years of north rule. Snake rufai is gradually subduing Obi with humility hoping to take over from him should Obi gain the support of the coalition and win the 2027 polls and honour his one tenure plea. In the end, It would be found out that obi is not a member of the ADC and so is El rufai. They needed it to create a discourse. @ the solutions ,Obi himself have said 'sacrifices need to be made ' ATIKU/Obi ticket will be a game changer |
There is no gain saying the fact that the newly formed coalition by opposition politicians in Nigeria has received widespread acceptance across the country during its nascent period. However, it is necessary that leaders and members of the coalition bloc should leverage on this political capital to produce formidable candidates for both presidential and vice presidential positions. So far , three gladiators are believed to be jostling for the apex position of president under the platform of the ADC.They include : Peter Obi Atiku Abubakar Rotimi Amaechi. A cursory look at the outcome of the 2023 election shows that Atiku and Obi got 6 + million votes respectively.Incumbent president Tinubu got 8+ million votes. Numbers do not lie .A joint ticket of Atiku/Obi will do the magic for the coalition. I also believe that Peter Obi can do it if he pairs with a political heavyweight from the north. But realistically, Atiku/Obi is what the coalition needs to cruise to power come 2023 |
Electoral reforms are urgently needed . In addition, new states with viable potentials for economic survival should be created. We also need state Police to stem the tide of crime in this country |
