I paid 1k for mine the last time I was defrauded. The bank was able to refund half of the money before the thief stopped using the account till date.

Just go to any court around your area and explain the issue to them, they will give you Court order and you will take the court order to the receivers bank and the issue will be treated immediately and you will get your money back within five working days.
The court will collect small money from you. Since the money is 10k, the court may collect like 1k that is all.

This is eye opening o. I fell victim to scammers last year. I was tricked to transfer money to an account.

I contacted my bank and submitted a valid court affidavit I deposed to at Ikeja. My bank said the money had been withdrawn from the recipient's account at Access Bank

With this, I think I would visit Access Bank with the affidavit. Muchas gracias

stop all this bad belle. you are just ignorant. I stayed in the south and I have recovered money from countless of scammer by just making complaints to my bank customer care
