You just need the page in the school site were it is stated that you need to certify your documents. You don't necessarily need an application form

Sorry if you didn't understand me, I know I don't have all the information but I have started from page 1 of this thread and I'm still reading. However I need some urgent advice on what to do, Firstly is certification necessary for me that applied directly to the school?

Also I certified documents at embassy using application form for a school that just sent me letter of decline, and the second school I'm still praying for admission, I have not certified the documents cos I don't have the application letter which is needed by embassy.
I know you can Certify at high Court but do they also need the application forms you used to apply to the particular school?

Thank you for dis info but unfortunately none I can apply to. It is either there application deadline is closed, charging of tuition fees and they not offering social science courses. It seems I may have to wait till next year fall session. My expectations dis year is cut short already.

What exactly is the issue?

I uploaded my documents to open the blocked account at the 4th of April but my status for all the documents has been on verifying so today I sent a complaint. They verified only my admission letter and told me to upload the passport selfie and international passport again. So I want to know if there is a particular way am to resize those ones and send
