Ok sir I want to breakdown the total cost so you we can all check if its ok and every one can contribute to it below is the breakdown

Sand for setting, 2truck. @ 13,000 =26,000
Laterite for filling, 25trucks @ 8,000. =200,000
Blocks, 2,200, @ 130. =286,000
Granite, 15tons, l/sum, = 80,000
Cement setting
and german 80bags, @1800, =144,000
Sand for german floor
and foundation blinds 1truck@13,000 = 13,000
General labour , =400,000
Supervision, =120,000

After proper checking this is what I came up with as total =1.249m

Thank you . But is this for just the foundation? or to lintel level. ( and i think General Labour is on the high side)

Parlour and dinning pop ceiling
Other rooms pvc
Sweet home w/c top/side flush
Glaze tile for parlour and dinning
Rooms and toilet kitchen floor vertrified tile
Slide partitioned windows
Plastic bath for the masters toilet
Nice paint for finishing:meyer,tailux paint
Electricity
Burglary proof
China doors

Please house how much will it cost to build a very simple 3 bedroom flat(bungalow) in benin city. I just need something very simple

Requirements

1 masters bedroom
2 other rooms ensuit
1 kitchen
lounge and dinning
visitors toilet outside.

Please can you let me know the estimate cost thats excluding the cost of LAND.

Who's talking abt village here? Do u know what it means to earn 300k in a place like Onitsha? Low cost of living compare to place like PH, Lagos n Abuja. If she's level headed like me, Omoo in 10months I know what I will achieve seriously.

Yes I'm pretty sure it's huge savings . for me I think I would save about 220k a month lol .
