Good morning, pls i need help urgently becos i want to further my education, but the issues is that am using HND to work and i want to apply for PGD in NOUN. my question is this "Is it possible that after i finish PGD from NOUN i can apply for MASTERS programme in any University in Nigeria or Is it Only in NOUN that i can apply for MSC. thanks pls i need ur advice.
