I applied for editing passport details since February, captured in March and till now, yet to get my passport. All done through an immigration officer contact. Please I'm fed up. How and which office can I address my letter of complain too

was there any issue involved before u collected yours captured mine in ikeja since feb 3 and I only got to know last month that my contact had been suspended for not payment no some final processing fee which he also had almost 60 applicant fall victim to him after I filed an application letter complaining about his number not going through and not picking my calls. Now up till now when I go upstairs to the investigation room , they only tell me to please keep checking back saying they are working on each case and are producing it gradually . Appearantly im stuck , confused and frustrated at the moment

I captured on 24th of February and till now am still yet to get it. I dont know what's going on and i need it so badly. I have been at the ikoyi office where i captured more than 4 times this month without any good news. The idiot officer called Isaac will not even pick up my calls. I don't know what to do again. I don't even know how to check online to know if it is ready.

bro go and write an application letter of complain then u would really find out what is going on. Same thing happening to u is what's happening to me after I wrote a letter and they took it to the investigation office it turned out that my contact had had dealings with several applicant and didn't finish their work ending up eating some of the money . He has been arrested and dismissed but in still waiting for them to produce mine which would take a while according to them cos they will need to produce it gradually .

If u did ur caputuring at ikeja and went through a contact called Damoshe or Danmola bello and you are yet to collect then I advice u to go to the complain dept and report. It is said that the guy just started the processing and did not finish up the work thereby leaving so many files at the production stage without being attended to. His number is mostly switched off wen u try calling. A lot of people have complained and reported him at the office ikeja before they got their passport.

that's good news , ur lucky. when did you apply? I applied on feb 3 and I'm yet to collect mine .

yes but they are issuing it out based on months of application. Was there last week and was told they are still on people who applied on January and feb should come next day this week. But the response and they way they are responding and taking large people in now shows the booklets are really now available . Also confirmed by my contact .

just immagine that. After they collected more than the original amount they want to extort us again. Did they demand money from you and how much did those bastards ask for again

Same thing happening at ikeja. Applied since February 3 and up till now I'm still yet to be given. All I hear from their stupid officers is it's not yet out . I'm so fed up already, was supposed to have travelled end of February but now I'm meant to wait because of this stupid Nis .
