If the whole dragnet solution process was cancelled, which candidates are they now calling again for a fresh interview or test? Is it the same dragnet candidates or other candidates entirely? |
Can u imagin? I sent dragnet an email to let me know my scores since simulation test. They replied me with an advert for a certification course in Ghana as if they will pay for my trip. That was the height of unprofessionalism. They are not coordinated at all. Pls when were you given your letter? and do you know if they have given letters to any manager level? |
Have they started interviews for managers and above? |
The reason why i said they are unprofessional is because they should have sent an email that they are still on it instead of just leaving candidates in the dark for 4 months. You either send a regret mail or send a mail that candidates should be patient as it is taking a little longer. I did an interview with United Nations & they kept sending an email that they still have us in mind that we should be patience as they process our interview scores. That is what we call professionalism |

Ok. Thanks for the info. But to be honest i didnt expect this long wait from MTN. I thought they are professionals and should have concluded by now. Pls what position did the person that went for the test apply for? Just curious.. |
Pls the test that the person went for yesterday, was it organised by dragnet or MTN itself? |
I sent a message to Dragnet through twitter and dragnet responded and said the recruitment is still on-going. Dragnet said those that were not successful have been sent regret mails. So we should be patient. If u havent been called for interview, maybe they have not reached you department because the restructuring is done department by department basis |
Please does anyone know whether the role of Manager, Customer Support, Global Accounts have been called? I did my simulation test on the 12th of July. No response since then. Not even a regret mail. Pls whats going on? |
