it would make it look as if she is exchanging gifts for her body. a lady is worth more than material gifts. if you are the type that expects men to shower you with gifts then you need to stop kill that character because it wont take you far. the intent behind the gifts is far more important than the gift instead. i have a sister i advise alot and i do well to let her know if she needs anything, she should inform her brothers and not depend on men she dates, or if she is independent, she can get stuff for herself. when a man sees that a lady is not interested in gifts, that makes him respect her the more and even showers gifts on her family.
