Hi guys,
Something I’ve noticed most businesses get plenty of leads, but after the first contact, things just go quiet. Either we forget to follow up, or the client loses interest before we get back to them.

How are you handling this in your business? Are you following up manually, or using tools to help?

I recently came across OptaReach, which automates the first replies and even books meetings while keeping the convo warm. It’s actually helped us recover a lot of leads that would’ve gone cold.

Would love to hear what’s working for others do you still prefer doing all your follow-ups yourself, or are you automating parts of it now?
