start a new application and apply for refund.
Same thing happened to my wife.
She is yet to be refunded

An entirely new visa application? But a transaction reference number has been sent to my mail. I’m just confused right now

Any one using UBA dollar account to pay IHS and Visa. My payment was declined and I’ve been debited. The IHS website is saying “You have to start a new visa application” please what does this mean? @duchess please check this
