Pls i subscribed for the airtel blackberry complete using *440*1# for 1000 nd got d 3gb. My apn is internet.ng.airtel.com on my Z30 and yet notin works. What did i miss out?

The 1k for 3gb works on bb10 devices that I'm very positive about but according to the cc agent I spoke to, it has limitations like the number of emails u can use and you can't stream videos online!!

That's the name of the plan. It doesn't imply that it's unlimited. It's comes with 3gb data. After subscribing, change your APN to (Internet. ng. airtel. com) without the spaces in between

All you gotta do is just insert the sim into the android phone.. if you have a pending BlackBerry subscription, just contact the network cc to cancel and subscribe for whatever android plan you desire...

You can search for them on Twitter and lay your complaint.. had a similar issue, called cc countless times but they kept giving excuses but immediately I contacted them via their twitter account, the issue was resolved immediately...
