What I know is that there drugs that can be used to increase your chances of conceiving and also this is if one of your tubes atleast is open. these drugs are Clomid, Gonal-F, Bravelle among others. These drugs cause pituitary gland to release FSH hormones LH hormones thus chances of Ovulating increases. As a result, you can easily get pregnant.
