The scholarship is a tricky thing and depends on a lot of things, Relative competition, Which round you apply in, Value added to the school, Scholarship Fund of the school

So you can't say about school Scholarship as for getting one you need a really good day for the same, though you can apply for external abroad studies scholarships such as :
Hubert H Humphrey Fellowship
Commonwealth Scholarships
Kurt Hansen Science Scholarships and so on
