📍 Location: Central Business District, Abuja

1. GRN Officer

Experience: 2–4 years

Responsible for goods receiving documentation, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), purchase orders, invoice verification and stock reconciliation.

Requirements: Relevant degree or HND, experience in inventory or warehouse operations, knowledge of GRN processing, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

2. Admin Manager

Experience: 4–5 years

Responsible for coordinating administrative operations, supervising support functions and ensuring efficient day-to-day office management.

Requirements: Relevant degree or HND, administrative management experience, team supervision, strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

3. Assistant Store Manager

Experience: 4–6 years

Supports daily store operations, sales performance, inventory control, customer service and staff supervision.

Requirements: Relevant degree or HND, previous retail or supermarket experience, knowledge of stock management, sales targets and store operations.

4. Inventory Officer

Experience: 3–4 years

Responsible for stock monitoring, inventory reconciliation, stocktaking, inventory reporting and investigating stock discrepancies.

Requirements: Relevant degree or HND, inventory or stock control experience, strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

5. Receiving Manager

Experience: 3–5 years

Oversees goods receiving, delivery verification, receiving documentation and coordination of warehouse receiving activities.

Requirements: Relevant degree or HND, experience in warehouse, receiving or supply chain operations, GRN processing and inventory procedures.

6. Store Manager

Experience: 5–7 years

Oversees overall store operations, team performance, sales targets, inventory control and customer service standards.

Requirements: Relevant degree or HND, previous store management experience, strong leadership skills, retail operations knowledge and experience managing sales performance.

7. IT Officer

Experience: 2–4 years

Provides technical support, maintains computer systems and assists with IT infrastructure, networking and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Requirements: Relevant degree or HND in IT, Computer Science or a related field, IT support experience, hardware and software troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge.
