Tell him/her you not treated well there and try make him/her see reasons with you..

If it's in a different local govt from ur current local govt it will be abit difficult..

Thank you very much. The principal is very difficult and wicked. I told her that I wanted to do a short course against my masters in September as the uni won't accept me until I do it, so if she could be giving me clearance while I'm doing the course, she refused saying she will employ someone new if I leave. And give me a rejection letter. I said okay, give me the letter then. ( bear in mind I started working with them mid January and she's only paid me 10k once, no accommodation or transport, I'm the one sorting myself for that. Her school is new so she's lacking staff, I'm teaching two classes three subjects, I go everyday from 7am till 4pm). I went back to her for the rejection letter after I told her I spoke with someone at nysc and they asked me to bring it. She then said she doesn't have light to print, that I should come back next week Monday. Imagine the ungrateful woman. I spoke with my LI and explained the situation, omitting the part about going for a course. ( I really just need a public school where I can settle them and not be going). My fear now is that what if this wicked woman goes to nysc office to tell them about me going for a course? She seems desperate. Also if she gives me the letter and I take it to my LI, will she try to call the school first? Is that possible?

Thanks a lot, mine is not redeployment, just a change of ppa. I'm trying to find out if there's a deadline, asin is it too late to get a rejection letter and new acceptance letter? It's not been up to 3 months since I got posted here. It was around end of January. My problem is how to get the woman to give me a rejection letter, I already have somewhere that would accept me.

Sorry Bro or Sis but nothing can be done anymore because you can only redeploy after 3 months, though that can only be possible if you have a 'reasonable' point for seeking redeployment in the first place.
And that is even over already as the online window for that is over too as can be seen from the below.

But if its changing your PPA from one place to another within the same STATE/LGA like you have indicated is what you meant, then you have nothing to do to achieve your aim than probably given a cogent health related reason that you couldn't cope with, else they would blatantly deny you your desire because they would easily figure it out that it's because of the work load that you want to run away. You must ensure that a new one is certain for you b4 doing that, else your program could be affected and shey you that over 500 CMs are to repeat the service from A15 presently right.

The only problem is how can I get the principal to give me a rejection letter seen as I'm the one that even went to the school myself to for acceptance letter, and they happily gave me. Unknown to me the workload that they would have since they don't have enough teachers. My questions are, is it too late to change ppa? Can I change without a rejection letter? If not how can I convince her to reject me now, plus this term is almost over.

I FEARED THIS IS THE ONLY TREND THAT COULD JEOPARDIZE OUR HOPE OF MOBILIZATION COME FEB/MAR, I MEAN PPA AVAILABILITY BECAUSE AN EXACT SCENERIO ACTUALLY PLAYED OUT ON TUESDAY WHEN I VISITED MY SKUL AND I SAW MULTITUDE OF CMs AWAITING ACCEPTANCE LETTER WHILE SOME ONLY CAME DOWN TO THE UNI FOLLOWING A REJECTION EXPERIENCE FROM THEIR ORIGINAL PPA AND OFCOURSE THEY WERE SUMMARILY REJECTED AGAIN WITH THE DEAN S/A SHOWING THEM A LARGE BRIGADE OF EXISTING/SERVING CMs.
SO IF COMPLAINTS ARE RIFE ABOUT THIS PROBLEMATIC TREND, I GUESS NYSC WILL HAVE NO CHOICE THAN SHIFTING OURS TO A TIME WHEN A15 WOULD HAVE ROUNDED OFF NOT FORGETTING THAT B15 STREAM II WILL BE HITTING CAMP NEXT WEDNESDAY
