Remember we have our own van and delivery reps, so we do bulk dropoff. What we make per package dropped off is less than NGN100.

For buying, we encourage mini importers to order on aliexpress by themselves to cut cost and its easy and direct to order on aliexpress. We only help people order on China only websites like 1688, etc.

And all our existing clients we started with since 2 years ago have all grown bigger than they started.

So our charges are very small and inconsequential, we make small margin through bulk dropoff and services

But remember, due to instability of Nigerian customs and their charges, the clearing charges varies almost everyday or week or month. The officials at MM2 aren't doing nicely to Nigerians.

As at today, our express cargo rate is:

1kg=7.8usd (shipping) + NGN700 (for clearing)

that is the truth, my E-commerce business suffered b'cos of logistics, if there is a way of getting stuff from China in like 6 days, that will be lifting.

There is express shipping from China to Nigeria, and you will get it in like 48hrs from the time the item gets to your shipping or logistics company in China.

But the major challenge again is, express shipping is usually costly, and if it is an item that has weight, then it may make your goods to be too costly for your buyers to afford.
