*When a client tells you _I will get back to you_ , here is what you should do* (A 3 min read) Mrs. Ngozi is a relator, and she has a particular property to sell. she puts up an ad on Facebook so as to get client. Eventually she got a client that replied to her ad, then they spoke on phone. After alot of marketing, you know; telling the client the price, location, and land mark of the property. They fix a day for the inspection. She took her client on inspection and all, they talked and talked. Then the client told her *"I WILL GET BACK TO YOU"*. Mrs Ngozi replied _"Mr. Client, what will it take us to do business today?, I mean which part of this deal don't you like, please feel free to tell me"_. Mr. Client replied "I don't like the building materials, they don't look quality". Then Mrs. Ngozi replied him "Sir, every single material used in this building are quality material, they are top notch. We don't use fake materials for our buildings..," She saw that Mr. Client was not convinced so she went further. "Sir, am giving you a guarantee. If any defect comes up within a year In any part of the house, I will replace it for you AND if it's a structural defect, I will return your full money back to you". Then boom she close the deal and the client bought. Can you relate with Mrs Ngozi's story? Do you also get client that tells you _I'll get back to you?_ Now let's bring out the key lesson from Mrs. Ngozi's story. When the client said " I'll get back to you. She gave *NO ROOM FOR BREAK*. Immediately she responded with "Mr. Client, what will it take us to do business today?, I mean which part of this deal don't you like please feel free to tell me". And that is what you should do, don't give room for break Make sure you get your client to talk. She pushed a question at him, which made him talk about his objections and she was able to tackle does objections. Get your client to talk about their objections; is it the location Is it the price Is it the property title (maybe there's a particular documents that they will like the land or house they want to buy to have) Is it the land mark Is it the quality of the building material just like Mrs. Ngozi's client Whatever it maybe, get them to talk, tackle the object and close the deal *Lesson 2* She gave a guarantee, some sort of assurance and that is exactly what your client want. Not only that she express "confidence", which is exactly one of the buying physiology of your client You give a guarantee shows you are confident in what you have to offer and this will make the client feel like Since you are sure of what you have for them, then they simply have nothing to loose and boom they BUY I hope you find this helpful P.S: Did you know that… A LOT of people who claim to be real estate agents/realtors haven’t sold a single property in the last 6 months? They think it is by posting house pictures everywhere…. hoping for clients to come and meet them. BUT Real estate in Nigeria has gone above that level… and it is only the knowledgeable ones that will survive. I will be giving you a FREE 1 page article which will put you through How to sell more properties than you did in the last 6 months using a unique marketing strategy known as *_The Real Estate Monopoly Marketing_* Click the link below to GET IT NOW FOR FREE! https:///message/VJSDSM5BGOA7A1 https:///message/VJSDSM5BGOA7A1 *_Mina Oaat_* |
