If I may ask, if someone has a resident permit of any EU country, does that mean that the person can work in another EU country other than d country he or she got resident permit from? Needed u to be more explicit on that. Thanks

Residence permit of one EU country does not allow you to work in another EU country. Example: You have residence permit in italy....you can go to Germany for vusit , tourism (can stay 3months) BUT YOU CAN'T WORK IN GERMANY ! Hai Capito ?

Everywhere we go we spoil...that's the reason Europe is steadily becoming difficult to survive in as a black African. And we think we are smarter. You think the white people are fools? Look at all those coming to Europe by boat...98% are abled bodied young men...when they get in they claim asylum lying that there is war in their country... If you(98% male) are all running from war then whose fighting the war? Your mothers and your sisters abi? So wen you find yourself in italy with all doors closed to you...remember I told you why.

Guys am from Ghana seeking to get Italian visa in Ghana to Parma to further my studies in communication engineering. I read through the commends and is like u guy are frightened about what that guy(mindovamatta) said. Guys do not fear for God is in control for u might to be lucky to find life comfortable in Italy. Even though Italy economy is not too good nowadays is better than Ghana and Nigeria economy. Thank you.

Lol....if I had someone tell me what I'm posting here...maybe I would have changed my mind or maybe I would have planned better. True the economy is better than Ghana and Nigeria.... Yeah. But in italy you starve to death if you don't beg ( no work guy!)...in your Ghana we both know its not possible. No matter how hard e wan be you go chop. But here nobody gives a wet tissue paper about you....no work no money...no money no food....we Africans are just like viruses... I swear down ! Can you believe me if I tell you that black Africans are the only people I've seen using generator (I pass my neighbor)...carrying 5litres keg to buy fuel from fuel station? I saw this LIVE ! There is a zone in Roma called Tiburtina...in that zone there is a street with some abandoned factory building Nigerians, Malians,Gambians,Ghanaians...the whole black African race....they occupied the building, tap light from the nearest office building (some 200meters away)...imagine. Normal Africans (viruses) started fighting over the light (free stolen light oo) next person go show the company where dem tap the light from...company called police...light off. Next Africans(viruses) start to by generator and fuel. These are people that left Nigeria, Ghana, Mali, Senegal etc becos the incompetence of our government. I was sad wen I saw this... Right then it occurred to me that Africa's problem is the citizens. See....if the whole EU citizens pack comot from Europe come Africa, but leave everything behind; steady light, trains, metro everything, then make we all pack go Europe ...I bet after a couple if yrs we go say we wan come back to Africa....so do as you pls its your life.

My first response didn't really answer your questions.... One baby dey rub my chest that time cheesy pardon me.

France - Guy the recent bombings and terrorist attacks in France don make them dey vex for immigrants. The funny thing about this attacks is it has nothing to do with black african immigrants... but at the mention of immigrants the first thing they show is black africans on a boat in the middle of the ocean. That brings me to racism.... France is the least racist country in the world ! Just a look at their football team says it all. Now papers...it depends on the type of visa you applied for...if its normal schengen tourist visa...e go hard oo...unless you wan do arrangy marriage... and these days its kinda difficult (oyibo don soji ! Their police don soji...dem go ask una to bring impossible proof of 2yrs back of dating...how you wan proof say una don dey date 2yrs back?) So all in all it depends how you got in in the first place(motive for coming) as per papers I think Italy is easier. Or you could just tear up your passport wen you enter and seek asylum. Same for Germany. Bottom line.... Easiest shot at papers is through asylum (refugee)...entering any EU country with tourist visa and then trying to convert it to residence permit is almost impossible if not impossible. Mind you even in Italy its impossible to convert tourist visa to residence permit you must go through asylum. Now once you succeed in italy you're tied to italy. With italian permit you can travel to all schengen countries but can't work...and in italy THERE ARE NO JOBS !
Now trying to convert italian permit to another country's permit is very difficult but very possible with a lot of money.
This is just a brief. Feel free to holla at me...OK back to my baby wink

with personal experience, can you tell me which schegen country is the best for Nigerian to go and hustle. Which is easiest to have their paper with visiting visa and which has the least racism. I heard france and germany are good. But more info about schegen in general

First timer....hmm. Europe...hmm
Well...it depends what you're hustling. Without work permit you'll be reduced to 'under the table' jobs (that's if you're lucky). Finding someone to house you should be your first hustle. I would suggest two countries to you...Germany and italy. Italy becos its kinda easier to be illegal...but no work even under the table jobs na like diamond...you have to be extremely lucky to find one. Germany becos work dey bokuboku but without papers...you and police go turn to cat and rat(germany get money wella to deport you asap). My advice is get a schengen visa to italy then wen you enter italy you move to germany so that if in case germany wan deport you them go deport you back to italy not naija(EU law states that the first country you land in the EU is like your mother country) though I've heard of germany deporting people straight to naija probably after contacting italy and finding out that your italian schengen visa has expired. Now the hustle....everybody has his or her on ways...but generally in italy there are 3 main hustle if I should put it that way...1) shoroti (begging..yeah you heard me right...begging as in begging )
2)drugs (peddling or transporting)
3)they call it CENTRO...its basically having like 3-4 maybe more girlfriends (prostitutes) in different region s and proclaiming marriage or whatever and psyching them for money. I don't really know if number 3 really qualifies as hustling but that's how it goes. In Germany I really can't say but its either your into drugs or working under the table... But like I said everyone has his own way.

I'm in italy and I need contacts in Germany. Pls help. Italy is hell ! Moving around the EU is no problem for me since am legal here but no work! Someone help me.

just did a little Googling...the study visa is a schengen type 'C' visa

The Schengen C-type Visa entitles the holder to move
within the territory of all Schengen states.

OK good....you can travel but not work. I think you just want to enter Europe...at least you're planing to enter by plane...not like others wen dey pass ground enter. Those people are the reason the whole Europe is frowning down on black African immigrants. Guy one thing you'll notice in Europe and especially in italy is there seems to be lack of literate Nigerians or should I say a lot village people full here...people that an embassy would never give visa. I actually met a fine girl but to my greatest surprise she couldn't spell Nigeria...imagine. Good luck.

would like someone else to corroborate this statement...

I thought the study visa is schengen?

Even if its schengen visa....you'll only be allowed entry and for stay for a period of 3months and won't be allowed to work....unless it's 'under the table' jobs.

wow!

how possible is it to move to Germany, North America or any of the Scandinavian countries from there?

North America is not EU ....it depends on the kind of visa you're issued...if its schengen visa you can easily move around the EU hassle free....to Germany, and the Scandinavian countries. In fact the whole of west Europe except UK and Ireland. If you're issued Italian student visa...then you're stuck in Italy bro!

Yeah....the EU is in recession no doubt plus the current immigration crisis....I still believe as a student you can still find something. For Christ sake...if Germany no good where con good? Germany get work...you just have to have their permit and as a student, you're good to go! Some people go just sit down for their mud house dey yan rubbish.

Bro, your depiction of life over there is really scary. is it the same for students too?

Worst...because telling people that you're a student automatically makes you a prey. First thing that comes to mind is that you're rich or at least your parents are. Second thing that comes to mind is that you're a mugu... So if your naija landlord know say you na student...men you're finished. Unless the landlord get fear of God. wink....trust me for here everybody na agbakara.

Bro, your depiction of life over there is really scary. is it the same for students too? besides, how did you get into the country? did you come in legally?

I would be coming to Rome also, sapienza specifically... would appreciate your advice.

I got in legally...through a 6 months schengen visa. I applied for stay permit and got a permanent stay(carta di soggoirno). Since you said you'll be coming to Rome, university Tor sapienza....lucky you becos in Rome you can actually go to and fro school without buying ticket (biglietto)...just jump in the bus and pray say control no dey inside or them no go enter half way through...just get one ticket for your wallet just in case....I no where that school dey...and you go need to get accommodation close to school(main town Roma)...one room rent for that area go be like €250 - €300 a month...and you know as our naija people be na...your land lady or land lord go most likely milk every last possible euro from your a s s...through light bills, gas bills, water bills, dustbin bill plus extra like house maintenance, staircase cleaning etc...your landlord no wan know whether you be student or not...Italians no give a f u c k say you be student or not... In fact nobody cares. GUY NO WORK HERE ! Just comot work from your mind....when I came in newly, I was attending a language school out if boredom... Men, I no do reach 2 months...this language school is free! Why I stop? Becos I need chop, pay house rent and the language school no dey give anything. So I had to learn from the streets. My advice to you is; if you must study in italy then you must lots of cash! Or I'll just say forget italy...go to Germany they still have free tuition school...I think all you need is €250 (for bus pass for 1yr and student union fees) and TOEFL or IELTS cos some of these free tuition unis in Germany teach in English....at least some simple courses like social sciences etc most of the main courses are taught in German... So just go for the ones taught in English....in germany, once you have their student permit I swear down you'll find work to assist yourself financially but in italy-on your own.....if your parents go just pay school fees thinking say na abroad say you suppose fit get per time job...Guy you go drop out! That's my advice to you.

It is University of Messina. On the overall I judge that the tuition fee will be cheaper in Italy than Cyprus. I do not know what to expect of accommodation, food and transportation though.

Is the university not suppose to give you accommodation for at least the first year?

Guy! Try another country...I'll suggest Germany, anywhere else in western Europe but not italy! Why?
I'm a Nigerian like you...I'm here in italy. Maybe I might not be too versed in the education stuff but I know what's up in the 'day to day life' here...my guy...if your papa no get the money to pay your fees, and accommodation, feeding, bills, transportation and personal maintenance...that is everything....my guy forget. If you dey think say you go find one per time job to pay for accommodation and feeding...you miss road oo.
OK...let's assume your popsy help you out with tuition fees...and you most cater for your accommodation and feeding...let's go
Forget small apartment... You're looking for a room in a Nigerian person house €150 - €200
Feeding €150 - €200
Bills (light, gas,water,dustbin) €60-€100 every 2months
Transportation - depends. Here in Rome we no dey pay, just jump in and pray say control no dey or no go enter for road. But if you have to pay (cos everywhere no be like Rome) €1.50 for a trip so do the maths.
Thus your monthly expenses should be BTW €400 - €500 a month on the long run.
Che fai senza lavoro? (How you go do without work?)
If you or your pops get that kind money then I no see why una wan come italy for studies. Why not UK?
Secondo me(in my opinion)...I think say you just wan enter obodo oyibo...and you think say italy na easier route...the same mistake I made(though I had no choice)...the Italian system has a why of tying you to Italy as long as you're in Europe... Its a kind of slavery going on here... Where you have to buy your freedom(through taxes and your normal day to day life) once you get in. If I were you, I would look into countries with free tuition like Germany and Sweden (if they still exit) why? Not because the total expenses reduction but because you can actually get a job school or no school as long as you have their visa or permit..so the key word is JOB! As a Nigerian...e no make sense to go school for where no get Jobs. Unless your popsy na person like Chris oyakhilome, obsanjo, the list goes on.
Anyhow good luck but think wisely. The probability of you dropping out due to financial reasons is just too high in a country like Italy.
Just my two cents. Feel free to ask me anything about the struggles here. Ciao arrivederci!
Travel / Re: Italian Student Visa-help! by mindovamatter: 1:58am On Jun 25, 2017
Italian student visa...LOL !

Steady light, gas and clean water....yeah
'Always on time' buses and trains,metro....yeah
Oyibo everywhere.....yeah

Your popsy get money abi?

If you wan use student visa take enter Europe through Italy....no problem. But when the visa expires...what next? Life in Italy is F U C K E D ! Even for peeps with stay permit. So if you really want to come for studies....finish your studies and go back! I hope you know they teach in Italian ? Forget about 1yr language course becos if you're black you'll find it difficult to grasp the language... Why? Because Italians are bloody racist. They won't want to mix with you...so you'll find yourself drawn to Nigerians and that's not what you need to learn the language faster. If you're a male...worst. If you're female...probably you get approached by old men...and trust me they're not interested in your learning the language...maybe in the bedroom. I can go on... I had a friend...that told me he manage to get admission into one university here in Rone....guess what ? He couldn't even finish his first year...why? Language/being black African male/jungle mature for him head. NO WORK! nothing like per time student work....at least not for you black monkey.

I've been here(italy,Rome) for 2 n half yes now...legally (permanent residence)...I've been scrapping for a living...but right now I can't continue like this....I'm really thinking of relocating to Holland or Germany....but with the bloody Italian permit I can't work in neither of these countries...but I'm moving anyways and that's why I came to this forum...I need help badly !! Guys are beggars here in Italy...in front of every supermarket, almost every bar, everywhere begging.... 99% naija babes are prostitutes.

I really did not know how navigate this site since I'm kinda new here....but when I saw the 'italian student visa' ...I couldn't just hold back. Please try somewhere else.

Back to my matter....I wan run comot from Italy. I get carta di soggiorno - a tempo indeterminato (permanent). Amsterdam or Germany? The only problem is I have no body there...no friends...niente. I just need where to sleep and someone to put me through...under the table jobs...anything. Italy is hell !

To get permesso di soggiorno - soggiornante di lungo periodo illimatata....you must have paid taxes for more than 5yrs plus normal stay of at least 5yrs making like 8-10 yes to obtain that document...mama mia! Person go don nearly reach retirement by then na. But with that document you can move to any EU country and work.
I need help.

As per the italian student visa....secondo me...lascia perdere...Italia merda !
dont get
This is what you do dear, when you click on "reply" and get to the reply page, scroll down and you'll see the posts of at least 15 persons before you.

Above each person's post to the right, is an "insert post" underlined, click on it and you'll be telling a new story wink

Now if you want to quote someone that made a comment ages ago, or the person's post has been followed by lots of people making it not appear on the page, simply "copy and paste", then above our smileys there is a button with a "light yellow", would i say piece of paper in the middle

Highlight the post you pasted, then click on the yellow button, it will come out as a quote, but not with time, date and name as it would have if you used the first method, so to specify whom you're talking to, just write something like "quote from so so person" above

Hope i made some sense, Holla back if you're still wondering wink I'm at ya service!!!
