My advice to you OP is to get a gun and start work sha
But on a serious note you can build a budget gaming desktop with that, just upgrade powersupply of any desktop with good processor and add a decent graphics card

Yes you can revalidate but might not be posted to the previous state where you were posted to in the previous stream.

Yes you can... The portal closing doesn't affect you printing your green card out cos all you need to do is log in your account and you should see your green card on your dashboard even after registration closure.

Call up letter won't be available till it's close to camp resumption. What you're printing now is referred to as "Great card", and it'll contain your call up number

I doubt you'd get a good phone at that price. The RAM should be at least 2GB and connectivity should be strong, like 35k should get you a good deal
