Retin A is a topical medicinal cream. It's mostly used in serious cases of acne/pimples.You should google search it to know more about it and how it works before you get it. Pharmacy stores sell it. You may also ask for it at Health Plus or the pharmacy section of Shoprite.

Yeah, aloe vera works but it makes one darker.
If it's severe, I recommend Retin a. But most importantly, watch what u eat. Diary priducts such as milk, fried foods nd butter/magarine cause acne/pimples nd atimes, hormonal imbalance.

i will give u one natural way you can go about it, try aloe vera plant , the liquid dries oil on ur face, and once the oil on ur face reduces, the pimple clears up more.

Hi...why not go for an acne facial, since you've tried all these and nothing seems to be working. All the pimples would be extracted both the tiny ones. Look for a good beauty spa, after the facials, let your face breathe and avoid make up. Then before bed always clean your face with rubbing alcohol to remove any traces of dirt. Acne facial should be between 3k-5k.

You might outgrow it with time, depends on your age tho, and please stop using skineal..
It only works by bleaching and gives uneven facial tone. If you do alotta makeup, it's good you let ur face breath sometimes by washing with clean water and staying off cosmetics. That way, you rejuvenate the pores, another way you achieve that is by placing your face above the a really hot bowl/bucket of water, the steam helps loosens the pores and with freed pores, there's no breeding ground for bacteria . 'Ponds oil control' works wonders too.

Good evening guys , please I'm have been having itchy rash like/ tiny pimples on my face for a while, now and its seriously affecting me.
I used skineal on it for a while, but the skineal stopped working later.
I have been given drugs and cleansers by the doctors I have seen, but the drugs just works for a while and the pimples comes back once I stop taking the drugs.
The most confusing thing is that topical treatments like neomedrol clears only the fairly big pimples and not the tiny ones.
Please help a sister.......
