TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Mineklly: 12:17pm On Jan 08, 2018
I have refuse your application for a ten day visit visa i am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraphs v4.2(a) and (c) of appendix v: immigration rules for visitors because:

1. You have applied for a visa to visit the United Kingdom as a visitor for a ten days tourism.

2. You state that you are employed by ************ in ***department where you earn NGN 220,000 (£453 at the oanda rate) per month net of tax and that you have no other income.

2. In support of your application, you have provided two bank statements: a UBA bank statement showing a balance NGN 201,106 (£414) on 20/11/17 and Gtbank statement for account number *******6 showing your salary deposits and a balance of NGN 12,276,764 on 27/11/17.

3. You state that your holiday budget is 3,125. That sum is equal to your salary for over six months a. It is not credible that you would consider spending such an amount on no more than a ten day visit to the UK traveling alone and where you state that you know no one.

4. Given the foregoing, I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry to the UK for a limited period as stated by you, not exceeding six months. Your application has therefore been refused under paragraph v4.2(a)&(c) of appendix V of the immigrant ion rules.

Future application

Any future UK visa applications you make will be considered on their individual merits, however you are likely to be refused unless the circumstances of your application change.

In relation to this decision there is no right to appeal or high to administration review.

Pls guys take a good look at this matter and give your verdict.... there so called paragraphs 4.2(a)&(c) state as follow:

V 4.2 The applicant must satisfy the decision maker that they are a genuine visitor. This means that the applicant:
(a) will leave the UK at the end of their visit; and

(c) is genuinely seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted by the visitor routes (these are listed in Appendices 3, 4 and 5); and

The main reason I’m posting this is to let you guys know that: they think everyone applying for an entry to their country will not leave..I have no intention to stay in UK. I have my marriage coming up in April here in Nigeria. Why do they think someone like me will leave my country Nigeria and stay over there and will be hiding from immigrantion officer when I have freedom to move to anywhere in my country and west africa country without stress. You guys should leave UK Embasy alone.. they are just accumulating your money. Very soon they will be begging Nigerians to apply for free.. God bless Nigeria and Africa.
