Dangote refinery consumes 650k barrels a day , Nigeria’s crude oil allotment is just 600k so you want fg to give Dangote the whole 600k barrels what of other refineries coming up , this is how you end up encouraging monopoly.

NNPC can increase their crude oil extraction to accommodate everyone .
