Pepper soup is medicine food when done right. Best version: Fish + lots of ginger/garlic/uziza + little salt + no excess oil. Take it hot, 1-2 times per week. Not good for: People with stomach ulcer, pile, or high BP should reduce pepper + salt. So yes, it’s healthy. Just don’t turn it to "pepper soup + beer every night" 😅 |
Bro sorry for the pain. Since scan said "muscle spasm" and drugs/physio didn’t cure it fully, please ask your doctor about these 3 things: 1. Stomach + back exercise - When your stomach/butt muscles are weak, your back carries all the load. Ask physio to teach you simple exercises like "plank" and "bird dog" 2. How you sit and sleep - If you sit too long or your chair/mattress is bad, back will keep paining. Rule: Sit 30mins, stand up 2mins. Sleep on your side with pillow between legs 3. See another specialist- If 1 year of treatment didn’t work, a second doctor can check if it’s disc or nerve problem, not just muscle I’m a Public Health student. Don’t stop your drugs, but change your daily habits too. That’s how it heals well. I hope you Get well soon 🙏 |
